In our Terms & Conditions we stipulate the following :
We reserve the right to verify delivery to cardholder via USPS. You must be 21 years or older to make any selections on this site – by doing so, you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products or smoking accessories. We will deny any order we believe has been placed by a minor.
WARNING: 7Leafcigar.com does not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of 21, nor do we sell cigarettes.
7Leafcigar.com will verify all international customers prior to shipping. If we cannot prove that you are the legitimate owner of the card being used, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Delivery by USPS Priority Mail or UPS
Shipping for USPS Priority Mail or UPS – Shipping times are estimates. USPS is not a guaranteed service, no shipping charge refunds for shipping delays. Shipping time can take up to 8 business days.
Maryland & Washington
Due to Maryland State regulations, we cannot ship little cigars to Maryland residents.
Due to Washington State regulations, we cannot ship little cigars to Washington residents.
California
All purchasers to be over 21 years of age, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires us to:
- Confirm your delivery of tobacco products by telephone call after 5PM (PT) the day prior to shipment
- Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery
Cannot ship to Maine, South Dakota, Washington, Utah, Delaware, Alaska, Hawaii
TAXES / TERMS
Taxes do vary from state to state. Any taxes that are incurred outside of the state of Texas are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your accountant or tax advisor for specifications on what is necessary to report on your own tax returns.
Your purchase will be taxed in accordance with Texas tax codes if the purchase is made within the state of Texas, your payment method is based in Texas, or your order is being shipped to a Texas address.
Return
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Should you want to return your product that is not damaged or incorrect, please be aware you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please be aware if you feel something is wrong with the cigars you must contact us within seven days of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Buyers are responsible for complying with their countries local and federal tobacco laws. 7Leafcigar.com is not responsible for fees or taxes associated with their orders. Contents are declared as what is ordered. 7Leafcigar.com does not make “fake invoices” or discreetly mark contents. 7Leafcigar.com will not be responsible for the package if stopped by customs. If your customs agency stops the package you may have the chance to refuse it, and have it re-delivered back to us. You may choose to have the package re-shipped to you at your cost. Or you may choose to have the package as returned, in which case there is a 15% restocking fee, which means we can issue a credit for the amount of 85% of the product only. NOT shipping cost. That postage is deemed used. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you decide to have it re-shipped. 7Leafcigar.com is not responsible for seized shipments. Again, please be aware of your countries importation regulations.
IMPORTANT : Any orders for either cigars or tobaccos or accessories which are sent to an address outside of the U.S. may attract local import duties or taxes and may be contrary to local regulations and laws.
It is the customer’s responsibility to clear and pay any subsequent taxes or duties pertaining to the goods. Ignorance of such laws, where applicable is no defence. We do not accept responsibility for goods which are either held or confiscated by customs agencies once dispatched.
All sales are final, if package is lost, damaged or held in customs, it is the customer’s responsibility.
